Barbeque Hot Beef Sandwiches
Call up the gang for a Spring Get Together.
Sammy's"SAMwiches" will heat up your party.

2 onions, chopped
2 Tbs. butter
2 garlic cloves
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 cups ketchup
3 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
3 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce

4 Tbs. packed brown sugar
2 dashes paprika
1 tsp. Louisiana Hot Sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. Chili Powder Seasoning
1 roast beef (3 lbs.) cooked, cooled, shredded
1 dozen hamburger buns

Directions:
In a skillet brown onions in butter until tender. Combine onions with the rest of the ingredients and beef in Crock-Pot or slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve on hamburger buns. Makes 12 sandwiches.
