Grilled Hot Legs (and Thighs)

4 chicken thighs and 4 chicken thighs
5 Tbl Louisiana Hot Sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbl fresh lime juice

1/4 cup beer (reserve rest for drinking while grilling)
1/2 Tbl brown mustard
1 Tbl balsamic vinegar
1 Tbl olive oil

Directions:
Combine Louisiana Hot Sauce and all ingredients except chicken in a bowl. Add chicken and marinate in frig for 3 hrs. Prepare grill. Return chicken to room temp. Grill over medium coals/heat for 30 minutes, turning pieces after 15 minutes and basting frequently. Serve immediately, or cold as picnic fare.
