alligator tail steaks, about 3/4" thick
milk for marinade
1/2 t. fresh ground pepper
1/4 t. Original Louisiana Hot
Sauce
1 T. rosemary
red pepper flakes to taste

Directions:
Place milk in a deep bowl, add other seasonings. Place meat
in bowl and marinate 3-4 hours insuring meat is covered.
Remove meat and discard marinate, pat meat dry. Re-season
the meat if desired, with black and red pepper, add salt
to taste. Brush meat with olive oil to reduce sticking.
Grill over hot coals or medium heat on a gas grill for about
10 minutes each side. brushing with oil again when turning.
