Spicy Pineapple Sauce

Pineapple
juice - 3 cups
Orange
juice - 2 cups

Louisiana
hot sauce - 1
tsp
Cornstarch and water for thickening
as needed |
In
a large pan, combine juices and hot sauce. In a small bowl,
mix cornstarch and water. Bring juice mixture to boil. Add
thickening mixture of cornstarch and water slowly stirring
constantly to prevent over-thickening and lumps. Simmer
till desired thickness for dipping and serve with shrimp.
