Shrimp In Cucumber Baskets

3 cucumbers, peeled
4 - 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
12 medium shrimp, cleaned and butterflied
Louisiana Gold® Pepper Sauce 1 tsp. fresh dill,
minced

tsp. fresh cilantro, minced
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Cut cucumbers into 1" slices. Using a melon-baller, hollow
out the center to create the basket. Combine cream cheese,
dill, cilantro, garlic, and Louisiana Gold® Pepper Sauce.
Salt and pepper to taste. Using a pastry bag, pipe the cream
cheese into the cucumber until full. Sauté shrimp in
teriyaki sauce for 3-5 minutes or until desired doneness.
Garnish cucumber baskets with shrimp.
