Louisiana Red Dot Meatloaf
Spice up your meatloaf!!

1lb ground chuck
2 eggs
2 teaspoons Original Louisiana Hot Sauce
salt & pepper to taste

1 package saltine crackers
1 teaspoon minced onion
1 can mushroom soup

Directions:
1. Blend ingredients except for the mushroom soup and form into a loaf shape and place into a pan
2. Bake in a
350¼
oven for 40 minutes.
3. After 40 minutes pour mushroom soup on top of meat loaf and bake for an additional 15 minutes
4. Slice and serve
