Garlic Cheese Grits with Louisiana Hot Sauce
Give that breakfast a kick!
   Printed from SammyKershaw.com

2 cups Quaker Brand Quick Grits
8 cups water
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3 tubes of Kraft Garlic Cheese

1 tbs. garlic
Louisiana Hot Sauce
2 sticks real butter

Directions:
Bring water to a boil, stir in grits and reduce heat to simmer. As the grits start to thicken, crumble in one and a half tubes of Kraft Garlic Cheese and melt in one stick of butter. Add the tablespoon of garlic and sprinkle in a liberal amount of Louisiana Hot Sauce. Once the mixture is complete, pour into a large casserole dish and slice the rest of the garlic cheese, laying it to cover the grits. Slice extra butter and more Louisiana Hot Sauce to taste. Place casserole dish in pre-heated oven at 300¡ until cheese is melted.
