Sammy KershawÕs Cajun Crab Soup
Add some spice to a fall dinner!

1 large onion (finely chopped)
1/2 cup green onions (finely chopped)
1/4 cup butter
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
21/2 cups milk

2 cups half and half
1 tsp. crab boil
1 lb. lump crabmeat
1 Tbs. Louisiana Hot Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
SautˇÕ onion in butter for 15 minutes. Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, half & half, crab boil, onion tops, Louisiana Hot Sauce, and crabmeat. Bring mixture to a boil then turn off heat. Soup will thicken as it cools.
